• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM onward. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
• Peace & Quiet: Inqaba is a serene sanctuary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep music and television volumes at a respectful level, especially when utilizing our beautiful balcony and terrace spaces.
• No Pets: While we love animals, to maintain the pristine condition of our luxury accommodations, ensure an allergy-free environment for all guests  we do not allow pets on the property. Extra Guests & Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted on the property overnight. If you would like to request an extra double bed set up in our spacious suites, please notify us in advance. Please note that standard extra-guest fees apply to cover additional amenities and our world-class breakfast.
• No Smoking: For the health and comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and indoor facilities. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor garden areas.
• Property Care: Please treat our high-end appliances (Bosch/AEG) and tech-forward amenities with care. Any damage or equipment malfunction should be reported to the concierge immediately so we can resolve it promptly.
• Eco-Conscious Living: We take pride in our sustainable resort practices. Please help us protect the environment by turning off air conditioners when doors or windows are open, and utilizing our on-site recycling bins where appropriate.
